Cultural workers from across Africa are meeting in Nairobi this December for the third Biannual Arterial Network Conference, a day after conclusion of a conference on Africa's creative economy.

At the conference organised by the Arterial Network that links continents' cultural workers, leaders of Africa's creative industries will seek ways to improve their markets; share ideas on how to mainstream their work into development matters plus craft ways of exploiting the existing laws, both domestic and international, to better their lot.

The role of the continent's former colonialists in moulding Africa's creative economy will also come into focus during one of the sessions that promises fireworks.

Dates: December 4-7

Venue: Nairobi, Kenya
