Guinean military chiefs die in air crashBy AFP | Monday, February 11 2013 at 14:36
All 10 people on board a plane carrying a Guinean military delegation died when it crashed Monday in Liberia, Monrovia said.
But a source close to Guinea's presidency said 18 people had died, including the army chief.
"There were 10 people on board this flight and none of them survived," said Liberian Information Minister Lewis Brown.
A source close to Guinean President Alpha Conde's office said 18 people had been on the plane, including army chief General Souleymane Kelefa Diallo, and that "all died".
